Another movie not to miss this October is Where the Wild Things Are. Based on the popular book and directed by Spike Jonze. We’ve already covered this movie a couple of times, but here’s the full trailer released last week.

Summary:

Maurice Sendak’s children’s book as adapted by the perfect candidate, Spike Jonze. Max, a boy dissatisfied with his current life, makes his own world full of awesome creatures with Max as their ruler.

With Catherine Keener, Max Records and Mark Ruffalo and voiced by Lauren Ambrose, James Gandolfini, Catherine O’Hara and Forest Whitaker.

Release date: October 16, 2009

    ALLL human history —across the Pacific! -can even
    his most circle-jerk worshippers NOT be seeing through
    him?

    70 million —murdered in ‘peacetime’ —unoutted
    and completely unanswered for. ABSOLUTE FACT

    70 million you’ll never be hearing so much
    as a quality peep about in any Spike Jonze or Hollywood
    film—-EVER! ABSOLUTE TRUTH
