Six special 'Australia' shots

Famous photographer Annie Leibovitz took these photos for the Vogue magazine of July. Promotion for ‘Australia‘ (and Australia) is starting. The movie won’t be out until winter, but the coverage is already growing. The only question is, will the story be as ‘beautiful’ as the screens?

Another day of war with Wolverine

Lake Macquarie got a closer look on the set of ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine,’ which we also saw last week. These shots are taken on Blacksmiths Beach in Australia.

This ‘X-Men’ prequel won’t be directed by Bryan Singer, who did the first two ‘X-Men’ movies, but by Gavin Hood, who directed last year’s ‘Rendition.’ Could be mediocre/good?

Last 'Wall-e' shots to keep you warm at night

The last couple of photos of our beloved ‘Wall-e’ came in. I honestly think Disney has a new goldmine ready for release. Not only for in theaters, but also for in the shops.

The $120 million ‘Wall-e’ might not make the $864 million ‘Finding Nemo’ made worldwide in 2003, but I fully expect it to pass ‘Cars’ with $461 million in 2006.

Some 'Babylon A.D.' stills to forget 'The Pacifier'

Vin Diesel vehicle ‘Babylon A.D.’ is slowly starting its marketing for its August 20 release. The $60 million movie had to be rescued by a insurance company, when it was almost canned last year. The action movie was way behind schedule and over-budget and insurance company Film Finances Inc. reportedly paid $1.5 million so the Frenchman Mathieu Kassovitz (actor in ‘Amelie’) could complete the film. The usual, I guess.
